No, this game and pretty much all REAL games are unpopular with translating community over at hongfire. Only thing released is partial interface translation. As for hooking the text if VNR and ITH not hooking, chances are VERY slim. You could try to hit up appropriate threads over at hongfire but i wouldn't count on that.
