Ok so, thanks to an ingenious user on Pornolab, and some google sleuthing to find the patch itself (searching uq_harlem200.zip in quotation marks), I was able to download the patch, and get it decrypted. I'm currently trying to get the password using their method, but for now, here are catbox links for the patch. Hopefully they should last a while.
