You need to start the .exe with a no region loader. I've taken the link from another thread: www.anime-sharing.com/forum/attachm...patch]-[no-region-loader]-noregion-loader.rar

Just download this and start the game with it, easy as that. And I would suggest you keep this software since quite a few games requires it even if you run your computer with Japanese Locale. Afaik to run a game like this you need to have your entire OS as Japanese, not just format/locale from system settings.

Has anyone had any luck finding an h code? ITH doesn't recognise any useful text and AGTH can't run if you're using noregion loader.

For this game, simply changing your TIMEZONE to Tokyo, UTC+9, instead of setting system location.
