Select first option --> choice 2
select second option --> choice 3

Choice 2:

Select first option --> choice 3
Select second option --> ヒカリ (Hikari) ending

Choice 3:

Select first option --> 千纱都 (Chisato) ending
Select second option --> choice 4

Choice 4:

Select first option --> 千纱都 (Chisato) ending
Select second option --> choice 5

Choice 5:

Select first option --> choice 6
Select second option --> choice 7

Choice 6:

Select first option --> ユズ (Yuzu) ending
select second option --> choice 7

Choice 7-8:

Select first option in both --> 入ユズ (Rikka) ending 1 (romantic, no h-scene)
Select second option in both --> 入ユズ (Rikka) ending 2 (h-scene)

You're running the game from the disc right? That way, the game cannot create a save folder thus cannot start. Copy the folder on your hard drive and try again, it should work.
