There is the full save and walkthrough on the first page. If you want to be able to skip all content, tick the box under メッセージスキップ in Config.

You don't have to tick any of those (unless you want to create another shortcut, then tick the middle one). Just drag the "7pri" onto the cracker device (the light blue thingy there) and it will create the cracked .exe into the same folder. The cracked .exe with which you can open the game is...

You lose absolutely nothing with the 900MB edition, so that's recommended. It is also already cracked, so the only thing you need to do is go to the game folder and click on the "SAIMINBO.EXE" for the game to start. One of the heroines is the aunt, yes, so there is incest as they are blood...
