also try NTLEA, it worked for me. I did try locale emulator but didn't work, maybe it's on my pc or I just don't know how to properly use the application. Just try either of them two. thanks -

mine too, I have my system local to japanese and I assumed that it will work fine but to no avail. then I tried locale emulator same results. I'm running windows 10. I tried downloading others' files, same results.
