Not a full fledged game but I used to play tons of the dating sims on deviantart. They were really popular on there, especially from this one artist who made tons of them but I can't recall their name off the top of my head.

It's probably moreso due to the selection of the ones I have experienced but I think I would have to side with BL because otome tends to be on the more fluffy side. It's great but I like a little toxicity and debauchery to be honest. >.>

I like having all CGs so I try to finish them fully with the help of a guide. Feels more satisfying than just keeping a save copy unless I played it already.

I think I have played Hadaka Shitsuji at least 3 times... maybe up to 7 lmao. Sometimes I get tempted to play others for more than watching scenes but I never get around to it. 🙈

In one of the few BL games I was able to play, one route had a zombie outbreak or something, and I was kinda shocked bc it was taking a steer into horror VN territory even though I expected some weirdness from the other work of the circle's lol.
