Hm... The most I've done was set up a Virtual Machine for older otome games. But the scary thing for me is trying to extract data files. It is almost impossible to fully extract Pretty☆Witch☆Academy! because it uses .rio files... And rUGP engine is made out of hopes and dreams that deciphering...

The only time I see otome girlies IRL is when I go to anime conventions. There are usually company announcement panels (Aksys) or otome fan panels that are hosted!
PC games will be harder to find, but console games are abundant everywhere. Vimm for older consoles (PS1, PS2, PSP, DS), Myrient or NoPayStation for PSV. CDRomance often hosts ENG fantranslations of VNs (e.g. TMGS DS series or Prince of Tennis)
