For me Windows 8.1 Pro 64bit I uninstalled moved to C, set up just like yours. Installed fine, patch worked fine, failed AlphaROM 3.x .000生成型汎用 rev2 and AlphaROM 2.1～3.1汎用 rev4 failed as well. Just gave me the same response as posted before. Maybe it's do to with windows 8.1 Pro, my only choice...
