I do this on every game that doesn't have a strictly enforced play order. It's absolutely not just you! It's not for everybody, it can get confusing... but sometimes I'm in a LI 1 mood and sometimes I'm not in the mood for LI 1, I'm in the mood for LI 2. I still enjoy both routes even playing...

Type 2 for sure. It's much more romantic (which seems to be the majority opinion) The question reminds me a lot of the ending of Dragon Age: Origins if you romance certain characters.. (I chose option 2 then too)

Haruka (遙かなる時空の中で) series. Fighting ghosts and monsters together is fun! It makes me like the characters more when there is gameplay they help me out with. Cast a healing spell on MC and you get +10 affection from me.

For me #1 most important is the brief descriptions of the LIs. If they sound appealing then I want to play the game and get to know them. Art, VAs, main plot are important too but secondary to me.

Yandere route definitely. Some yandere are fun and some are scary but some bad ends are... very very bad. Like bad end might mean "MC and LI don't end up together but still live happy lives" or it could mean "MC is kept captive and tortured for years on end". Not worth rolling the dice on...

This is rare for me. There are several where I like everyone except that one guy... but the only one I can think of where I liked everyone is Haruka7 (遙かなる時空の中で7). Lots of uplifting positivity and teamwork in that game. :smile:

It looks to me like you downloaded part 1 of the english/japanese version and part 2 & 3 of the chinese version of the game. All three parts need to be of the same version of the game.
