My first otome game was Amour Sucré (Amor Doce where I live) and I played it when I was a 10 year old child lol
I thought it was really cute at the time! But it took years for me to actually explore the genre of otome games...
I went through the phase of playing some mobile ones like Mystic...
I have two sides.
On one hand I really like yandere tropes, because of the chills I feel during the entire route and to see how their obsession affects the story!
On the other side I really like fluff... It is my weakness when there are childhood friends trope or the ultra sweet LIs in otome...
I like playing without a guide for the first ending I get! So, I never know if it will be a bad ending or a good ending.
After that, I start using the guides! I do admit I usually like the bad endings more, because some of them have more plot twists or are a bit more thrilling! ( ̄∇ ̄*)ゞ
But good...
I have that problem of suddenly stopping to play a game one day and not returning to it too, and it is not even strict to otome games, unfortunately!
That reminded me that I have to finish playing Amnesia: Memories, but I haven't played it for over 6 years. So, I will probably have to play it...
