Okay I am not sure if this is an issue with the uploaded file or my computer but I have been noticing that some files in compressed formats rar or zip seem to have kanji missing or it turns to gibberish. My system locale, formatting, and region are all set to japan so i am not sure why. Is it...

not sure if this is just me but after I extract the file names seem to lose some of the kanji leaving the game broken.

My isp sends letters sometimes. But it is fine, I got it from torrent cause didn't want to wait.
