As for the QuinRose games you listed, they use new types of archives and there aren't any tools available to open them. :/ I saw a couple of CG sets on Otomedream (but you have to pay for them and whatnot). For the PS Vita games' CGs, you may find them on weibo sometimes if you're lucky...

Both of those games are available on the PSP (Peter Pan is, and I think Arabians Lost is also available on the PC). Looks like the days of easily pirating console otome games are over, eh.

You actually don't need a proxy to buy stuff from Amazon.jp anymore. At least, you don't if you live in the U.S. or Canada. Amazon will ship it to North America (AFAIK) for a flat fee of ~1000 JPY or something. It might not work in some cases... like I'm pretty sure Amazon won't ship games...

I was thinking about it a bit, and now that I've mulled it over, there's no way this could be a dialect, IMO. It's simply formal Japanese. You'll hear Japanese people saying stuff like 良い週末を. That's a standard phrase. It has nothing to do with dialect, which in turn has everything to do with region.
