18+ drama CDs Vs storyline drama CDs, which do you prefer?

I prefer R18 otome audio. I still appreciate good storylines, though; in that regard, I'd rather watch shoujo romance anime or read manga than listen to otome dramas that lack R18 elements.
 
18+ of course 😏💅 Why am I here if not for his whispering in my ear? Storyline is nice but 18+ makes me forget I am single. That's healing.
 
I think I prefer drama CDs rated for ages 18 and up.
I used to listen to CDs without that kind of content, but after listening to 18+ content for so long, I've come to feel like something's missing without it.
That said, even with 18+ content, I'd still like there to be at least some kind of story.
