what was your first ever anime!!

Are Doraemon and Crayon Shin-chan count ? 😅😅
It's long time ago when I was a child.

If these two are not count, my first anime is "Yu Yu Hakusho".

I think many 1970's and 1980's kids (outside of Japan) were exposed to anime but didn't know or realize it at the time. Beast King GoLion/ Voltron, Macross/ Robotech, etc. And then Sailor Moon and Dragonball came along and anime gained a lot more exposure. Followed by Pokemon and beyond...
For me, I think my first real experience was in the 1990's when I was old enough to purchase anime films like Akira and OVA's like Go Nagai's New Cutie Honey. Then, eventually the box sets of Neon Genesis Evangelion and Cowboy Bebop. :)

When I was a kid, I didn't really watch anime because I was more into superheroes. But then I saw my little sister watching Cardcaptor Sakura, and I thought the whole "capturing cards" thing was insanely cool. Even now, just thinking about it gives me chills. =)))))
 
I don't remember which was my first anime. It was probably one of these: Sailormoon, Shugo Chara, or Pokemon.
 
My first anime was Initial D. I was in 5th grade and it was a boring evening after a school day. I was just looking through the television and the local anime channel was playing it. I ended up being hooked and since then, I've been really into anime.
 
The first anime I ever watched was Diabolik Lovers 😭😭 I don't want to sound like a creep, but I've finished it 4 or 5 times. I really wanted a new season to come out... But it's been ages lol

I think my first anime that wasn't a kids show was Air when I was like 9-10 years old
 
The first anime I watched was Haikyuu and then Attack on Titan, after that I often looked for information on other anime to watch
