Sometimes things just don't pan out and projects fall through. Are there any you'd like to reminisce about?

I remember back in the day, I was excited for Yandere Heaven Affection Bunny Cage. It was supposed to be a R18 otome game inspired by the Yandere Heaven CD series with original characters. Honestly looks-wise none of the LIs were my type but I liked the CD series for catering to the male yandere trope. The trope seems more popular these days and other doujin works are filling the void but it would've been nice to see what this game could've been!

Oh, you made me remember New World Order: Tenjou no Juudan from LoveDelivery. It was supposed to be a BL with some badass priests armed with guns. They even had the artist from Karin's Omerta! They announced it around 2015, but it never saw the light of day.

I want Gikei: Meiji Mangekyou Sekai. Aromarie is still producing Choudoku merch but where are the new game releases...?

I'm glad at least one of the cancelled games I want to play (which is Les Grandes Odalisques) is being picked up by other developers.

But other game, if I remember correctly it's called Double Score. The developer went bankrupt before releasing the one I want to play. The one with older guys! I remember being devastated and just played Pub Encounter instead lol

Uuuu...you just opened my wounds. The developers of this game suddenly disappeared.
Also a lot of kickstarter games and no date release steam otome games.

Inga Ouhou: Murderous Plaza
The art style of this game was more approachable than the previous title, and I was really looking forward to playing it. However, the creator became exhausted from battling with haters and suffered health issues, leading to the cancellation of the project. I think creators who become famous should probably close their DMs...
