Late question but something I always wondered back when I was making thread templates:

Template1: Box + White/Gray Font
INFO:
Title: CLOCK ZERO ～終焉の一秒～
Publisher: アイディアファクトリー
Genre: 君と壊れた世界を生きるＡＶＧ
Release Date: 2010/11/25 (PS2)

Template2: Box + Default
INFO:
Title: CLOCK ZERO ～終焉の一秒～
Publisher: アイディアファクトリー
Genre: 君と壊れた世界を生きるＡＶＧ
Release Date: 2010/11/25 (PS2)

I use Dark Mode most of the time, so the gray text one looked much better to me. Then I checked it in Light Mode and realized it almost vanished... (、.ო. )、
Do most people use Dark Mode or Light Mode here? And which version looks better to you?

i use dark mode on here. for me both the text options with the colors are fine to me but i do like the gray a bit better since it separates the header part from the actual info (kinda worded weird but i think u can understand what i mean haha...)
 
I use light mode. I also use light mode on my phone at night too.
I used to use dark mode, but I heard somewhere dark mode is actually worse for your eyes.
Using phone or pc until late night is probably what deteriorated my eye sight though..
Template 2 version is easier for me to read but I can read both(y).
 
Light mode, I despise dark mode with a passion. I have a late night filter though for late nights.
 
I'm a dark mode user even during the day lol for every app and website I can use it on. Idk. I like it better.
 
Dark mode, at first. But now, my eyes started getting tired from staring at a dark screen all the time. I gave light mode a try, and honestly... it wasn't that bad.....

The same thing happened to me! At first I used dark mode because it was more comfortable, But over time I ended up straining my eyes. So I switched to light mode and I've gotten used to it hehe.

Haahah, yeahh. I actually started feeling it when i was using this forum on my pc. Didn't expect it would strain my eyes that much. Im still sticking with dark mode on my phone, though.
 
Dark mode! For me, template 1 looks very pretty. I wonder if there's a way to set the text to be black for light mode users? Maybe in a future site update :LOL:
 
everything dark/black/etc all the time. like my heart and soul. lmao
 
Dark mode, because I almost always have power saving mode turned on.(θ﹏θ)
 
dark mode! I never liked white flash bang screen it hurts my eyes
I like template 1 better cuz you can distinguish between it with color
 
I mostly use dark mode. Though, it makes me feel so dreary that I sometimes use light mode. I wish light mode for most websites and apps wasn't just pure white, and is just like a beige or light pink color lol

As for the template, the first one looks better in my opinion, but that's probably because I'm on dark mode
 
Dark Mode only.
Template 1 is easier to read to me.
 
People say dark mode is easier on the eyes, but I'm not really sure. I just like things that stand out clearly no matter where I am. Maybe that's why my eyesight got worse? Anyway, light mode is one option that will never change in my life.
 
Not sure dark or light means the background? I only see light background so I thought it should be in this way.
 
Light mode user….i hate dark mode so badly and my friends judge me for being a light mode person lol cuz apparently its to bright for the eyes but i mean…it annoys me to be in dark mode whenever the sun hit my screen cuz i see NOTHING
