What otome genre you most enjoy?

Supernatural and horror all the way 👀🎃 I'll eat up any spooky stuff you throw at me. Love me a comedy too.

Culture-heavy horror, mystery, and (historical) fantasy to get the atmosphere of another world dimension

I like otome games with light comedy vibes, and I love super sweet, fluffy romance (small sweet cookie style)

I love games set in worlds that feel completely different from reality. Like Mistonia's Hope -The Lost Delight-, Olympia Soiree, Utakata no Yuukuronia, and Virche.

Historical, steampunk, mystery, adventure, stories with unique settings—modern series can sometimes be boring to me

Yes! I love these ones. I also like horror too, but fluffy comedy is my fave!

I like comedy, slice-of-life, and historical. I also like horror, in other media, but I haven't played an otome game that scratches that itch yet (open to recs if anyone has any)

Mine is Crime and or drama examples being collar x malice; virche evermore; 9 rip;

I used to think I like pure romance + slice of life but hahahaha I guess Virche changed my opinion recently and I've been getting into more plot heavy stuff!

I love mysteries. But after playing a dark one, I feel like playing a comedy game next.

It depends on the mood:D Sometimes I lean more towards fluffy modern series, but fantasy novels with dark themes also have a place in my heart. I really like detective themes, but unfortunately haven't played many detective otome games (open to recs lol)

I love otome games with twisted storylines, such as Butterfly's Poison and Bloom's Curse. The more twisted they are to the point of giving me a heartache, the better.

My friend is more into modern-day otome games, but I feel like if the setting is just like real life, it's a bit too plain for my taste.

I generally enjoy various genres, but I tend to be weak at historical or Japanese-style stories. Kanji is very difficult for me😂 I used to like modern genres, but now they aren't really my favorites.
