As far as I know, the game doesn't even have any ongoing English translation projects.

Oh. That's quite sad. Hehe. Thanks still for responding! Can you recommend some titles similar to Sister Prison but in English Language? Just want some suggestions. :) I'll look for myself around the site,too. Thanks Again! :)

Haven't played it myself (and it's the kind of game I'd avoid tbh), so can't really recommend anything :p
