I just moved into a new apartment room, but How to switch on my apartment's electricity? My provider is 九州電力 Kyushu Denryoku Company. Specifically, I need to know the correct Japanese questions to say, someone tell me how to say them in Japanese? [hiragana+kanji are OK]

1. "I would like to activate the electricity in my room in OOO Apartment"
2. "I would like to make my monthly electric bill automatically paid with my bank account"

Kyushu Electric Power doesn't seem to be able to make inquiries in English. I asked the Beppu office of Kyushu Electric Power, but it seems that no one can speak English.
How about having a consultation with a university?

I was able to (just barely) get the electric company for my prefecture to approve of breaker switch on, thanks
