cant play this game, keeps on saying only japan windows only, some please help, no region loader doesnt work

1) Download and Run Siglus-RealLive Universal Cracker ( http://rthost.fam.cx/komica-up/upload.php?act=down&id=5265 )

2) Click 'Select', set 'RealLive engine' in the lower right corner, and choose RealLive.exe from the installed folder.

3) 'Patch success'

4) Run RealLive.exe
