where is the update patch on the website?

my location is japan already, it's just this game which is like this D:

still moonspeak for me even at large resolutions :/ edit: oddly enough, it seems only the dialogue text is in moonspeak,and also it gives me errors as i progress to the point where the character sprites themselves don't appear. config menus and everything else are in proper japanese.
