I really limited myself with my post...many of the games people posted aren't otome (well, solely). Well, in that case I'll recommend For The Trees.

I replay a lot of my favorites every so often (many which have already been mentioned!) but the most recent one I've enjoyed was Take Two by Nekoii Studio. No one asked but chatroom games and games with a lot of slang are my deterrents.
