Did you set your locale to Japanese?

Just to be sure did you do these steps? Go to the Control Panel Click on Clock, Language and Region, then Region Click the Administrative tab, go to "Change System Locale", and select "Japanese (Japan)" from the drop-down menu. Click OK Restart your computer

There's no agth hook for emulated PSP games. Or rather it's hard to find one unless someone used cheat engine to find the hook and make it work for ppsspp. Hopefully someone can help you with that, if not try VNR.

I highly advise not to use Applocale when using Setup.exe's. The possibility of having giberish folder names and files is HIGH. Applocale should be used AFTER installing a game and using it on the game's .EXE. Always switch your computer to Japanese locale when using Setup.exe.

The website for Amnesia has jsut been updated. PSVita TV is now compatible. Just curious though, why are some games not compatible with PSvita TV when its just an extension?

Can you elaborate on how you installed the game? I've installed the one you linked and got no problems with it :nekopara_confused:
