i see, thanks for the response. I just discovered IRC and could very much use all the info I can get. @Ignis mentions SSL connection on IRC. If I use OpenSSL, this would be useful to me for encrypting my traffic on mIRC?

may seem like a dumb question, does one need to anonymize one's traffic to prevent the ISP from taking action, when downloading using IRC?

I thought that was it too, at first. So i tried chrome since i don't have such addons running on chrome. Same result.

i keep getting the runaround from the FF links. When I solve the captcha and takes me to the download page, i wait the 60 seconds for the download button, but when the button comes up and i press it, it takes me back to the captcha and i get stcuk in a loop. Is there something wrong with the site?

sorry for the late response. I finally got it extracted without any error. I tried to DL one last time and this time there was no problem. I don't understand why files were getting corrupted. It probably was something on my end. Sorry for the hassle. The FF links really made it that much...

redownloaded files. Used winrar. same. Edit: I tried using the filefactory links with the firefox browser, the download options says it's an Adobe Acrobat Doccument.

one of the rar files was still corrupted. Downloaded them various times from both hosts and it was always the exact same file that was corrupted and the exact same files that weren't corrupted, were just fine. Too bad. Thanks for taking time to upload, though

I tried re-downloading the same file. Don't think it's a problem with the isp or my connection. I think it's a problem with RG. Is it possible to upload to FF using files split under 500mb for non-premium users?
