althougt i havent downlaod or play My girlfriend is the President before, but have u tried to lanch the game WITHOUT applocale??
u should try WITHOUT applocale first...
if still cant work try this...
before start, uninstall ur current applocal...
1. set ur windows been to japanese...
2. get and install paip_applocale(papploc) use this link -> http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8AMRZEJJ
3. double click on Japanese.reg(the other 2 .reg files are chinese, so dun bother)...
4. dun need to set anything for the shortcut(bla bla bla)...
5. on the game shortcut, right-click on Japanese
6. the game should start...
