anyone can help with this game hook code? the default hook keep having repeated word when there is voiced line. ITH and ITHVNR give same result while VNR only catch UTF-16 text which is garbage

anyone having problem with ITH hook in this game? the text keep repeating when it enter voiced dialogue.. any ITHcode that can fix this? even VNR didn't catch the JIS text only get UTF-16
