    nah im a guy:P i never said i was a girl:P

    an OVA is an original video animation

    now this can mean several things

    1) a side story that the producers added in that wasn't written in the manga

    2) a short movie (ex bleach: Sword Sealed Frenzy)

    3) a condensed amount of information (bleach: memories in the rain - the OVA has taken information from a few (3?) episodes and made it into one 20 min little extra piece, for clarification purposes possibly )

    4) for fun really (example - fan made OVA are using clips from various episodes to create their own little movie - ie bleach - SWA)
