Possible to post a screenshot of the exact error? If you've not gotten this error on any other game you've run then the issue may be with the game itself. If you're running AppLocale and still getting the error maybe you're on x64 and need to run the program in compatibility mode? Dunno...

Never done this - but a suggestion. Maybe if you save the screens and then used an app to do OCR? That may work.

Optionally you could probably use a screen capture application and take shots and edit out what you don't want. May take time but if there's no way to rip the data you want out of the file then this may be your only option.
