Tried WinRAR, works just fine. I'm not sure is this is a wide spread problem or only unique in my instance, but for the life of me I can't get 7-zip to extract correctly. I tried both the 9.21 beta and 9.20 stable. I could jump back to 8, maybe I'll test that later.
Anyways, just thought you might want to know. Also, I tried two different hosts with no change using 7-zip.
