Sadly no. the only place i found to have the DLC is https://bbs.mikocon.com, but it's in the VIP section.

there is an (.iso) file, you need an app like (DAEMON Tools) to mount it. this is the file name "WHITEBLUE.ISO" you will get it after you extract it from the rar file

you need to mount the ISO in your first boot
