Definitely with sprite! Same as the others here, I don't really do self-insert so having the sprite at the corner really helps more for me in terms of immersion with the characters and the story! :miku_prance:

I want to say its obviously good endings, but something about tragedy endings, especially if they're well-written, really tugs at my heart... I'm looking at you Piofiore :alice_hide:

I would say the first LI that comes to mind is Nicola Francesca from Piofiore! I don't usually like the flirty types but there was definitely something about him that drew me in! :alice_glitter:

The only otome I have played so far with this mechanic is NORN9 and I found it very enjoyable! It's a breath of fresh air honestly and makes the story far more interesting.

I used to be the type to only focus on one otome at a time, but then at some point it got too tedious and I found myself switching with multiple otome.

There's no such thing as too many LIs tbh, as long as they don't mess up the quality of the writing for the quantity!

Nope! I guess I truly like a specific type, something about the cold-hearted, tsundere LIs always manage to steal my heart! ^^ I just naturally gravitate towards them, and they end up being my favorite characters! Although, I do enjoy a great variety of LIs~

If I find the plot interesting enough, I usually go with the recommended route order! Otherwise, I would just go with the character I like because getting spoiled with the plot at that point doesn't really matter to me compared to enjoyability.
