"Re:take" by Nyeta, I found it randomly while scrolling for recent games added...and it took me around 30 minutes to finish. I'm honestly surprised, the art is so good. Though it has no English translation, but that didn't stop me from playing it(the translation was horrendous)

I recently played Sacrarium Gelus and it was really nice, Heimos is a sweetheart.
 
I'm just playing Trapped with Jester, even though there are actually many lists that I find interesting but I don't have much time to play them.
 
i really love 14 days witth you and bewitching sinner they're currently my fav that i discovered in itch.io
 
I have such a soft spot for Our Life, it's such a feel good game and Cove is best boy.

Which is your most favorite and why?
 
I used to play Cinderella Phenomenon a few years back. I didn't remember it being and Itch.io game. It's a really cute game, I really recommend it's really good.
Now My current favs include yandere characters lol.
The most famous is 14 days with you. If you like yanderes go for it.
Yandere love chains of fate is good too but way more slow in updates. I think we need at least 2 years before we can get the full game. Many chapters were available on the patreon. I'm not subbed anymore but I loved Ciel's first chapter.
Then a GL otome that I learned about not too long ago, Phantom of the black rose revue. If you like Versailles no bara, oniisama e, musicals, or if you even know about the Takarazuka revue go for it. Demo is out but it's still in the works (made thorough research even though the itch.io seems dead, the creator is still active. They just need time to polish things. Might wait years for the full game. Full game will be paid and they are changing engines at the moment)
