Finished it the other day and it was pure excellence. Such a great game that had me hooked from the very start all the way to the end.
And I'm loving all the Orsem appreciation in the thread \o/ his route was genuinely amazing and exactly how intense I wish all final locked routes would feel. He's such an entertaining character as well, prior to his route I ended up on so many bad ends with him and they'd always make me laugh (I know it wasn't the intention but it was so funny how easily pissed off he gets) and it was very moe to see him slowly and somewhat reluctantly open up to Yolca while still retaining the essence of his character. I also love that Yolca didn't hesitate to tell him how cute he is like this too. The final CG with
him, Yolca and Tilkett was absolutely adorable
he deserves that good ending even if he doesn't agree.
Tilkett's route was also super entertaining and a solid start to the game. I think the only route I didn't enjoy was Eugene's. I tried to get into it but I just think I'm not the target audience for him. Bless Takuya Satou for his impressive kissing acting though he did not hold back lol
I agree with RedLipsSourApples we should have gone more in-depth into Orsem's "first" timeline and how he ended up like this and his relationship with Yolca/the witch. In general it did feel like they would sometimes quickly brush past the climax of each route surprisingly fast after building it up so well. I dunno if they will release a fandisc since most things were answered and there wasn't anything left open to warrant a whole new game but regardless I desperately want more content so I hope they release a fluffy fun fandisc or at least plenty of short stories/drama CDs.
