When do major developers announce new otome games or localizations of otome games?

I never know when which company is likely to announce new things unless someone talks about it here or on Reddit. I want to know what to expect. How many games are usually announced during the year? In which month or event are they usually announced? How many are announced simulatively and how many are interspersed seemingly randomly? I want to get hyped about the upcoming presentations and announcements, but that's not possible if I have no idea if anything is going to happen at all...

Otomate has their annual Otomate Party, usually held late summer (August-September). This year's will be September 12-13. You could buy livestreaming tickets if you want to watch it but probably not worth it if you only want new game announcements, as they are posted online as soon as the event ends. Main appeal of watching live is the VA skits which don't get posted. Typically there's a handful of new game teasers as well as updates on stuff that's been announced previously but still not released yet (can be things like showing off the opening movie, revealing the VAs, or confirming a release date).
