Question Why cant i see rank restricted downloads as a 上級乙女 ?

Hello, I'm currently a 上級乙女 rank but for some strange reason I still cant view restricted downloads for otome basic and super (It still says that access is limited to that group)

Ive only recently changed my profile picture and I think my account jumped straight to the Otome Super rank instead of being an Otome Basic first, maybe this could explain it? I was also wondering if it could be that my account is still new?

Your account is too new, you're not eligible for fast path (fast path to otome rank). Can't say why unless I look into it. Supposedly, it will take 30 days if you failed fast path, and your account is still in good standing. In the next upgrade, I'll strip the ability for member to be eligible for higher rank, before they obtain their first rank first. It will make it harder for everyone to rank up, but I'm tired of answering this question now.
