try adding -dx11 in the destiny of your .exe shortcut. Example: "E:\Xen's Room\UTW_Gothic.exe" -dx11
It will give you a couple fps more instead of dx12. If you already tried this, and the game still run slow, your doomed.
(jk, I have an rx580 and I'm kinda like you, I don't want to imagine if I could run the next witch chapter or not )

thanks for the suggestion but i just gave up because playing on the lowest setting just makes it uninteresting, + i'm unable to parry because of frame drops. Like, dude, even in his last game, I was unable to parry any attacks; therefore, it took me hours just to beat her once

Just put the game on window mode on reduce the window just enough to see which button you have to press on qte, just in fights. That way the game is force to renderize a lot less. Once you beat the witch put the game on fullscreen, for sex scenes. Don't give up on that fap dude
