List of otome games that do not run on emulators

I went back to the compatibility thread to see the version I got it working and...when I tried it the text didn't show up :x
I figured it's probably setting related and played around with the GPU setting until till the text finally works in the older emulator. Please try unchecking "disable surface sync" in an older emulator version.

The text shows up too if you uncheck "disable surface sync" in the latest emulator, but unlike older version, the graphics also becomes very...low resolution. It might improve with more tinkering, but for now I'm satisfied with being able to play the game on an older version so I shan't experiment further.
Will also update top post with more information. Thanks for bringing this game to my attention!

(seems like there's still no hope for Bad Apple Wars...) oh and does anyone know if Possession Magenta is properly working now? last time I checked it still stucks at 1st map or something like that, if anyone know pls tell me too. ^^

I remember I couldn't get Battlefield Waltz to work a few months ago, but I'm going to try again to see if I get lucky.

If you were playing it on Ryujinx, you need to check/turn on 'ignore missing services' in settings under the system tab. I remember the game couldn't even run before turning that on. The game also works on Eden, in case that doesn't work for you.

Hmmm, Possession Magenta should be working at least in an older emulator version because I finished one route of the game in vita3k. (And this game is pretty much a skip fest after one route so if it works for a single route, it should work for all routes)
I'll check it out on latest emulator later.

Doesn't seem to have any problem in the latest emulator but if you want a sure working version, try build 3621 because that's the one I finished my first route in.

If you're getting stuck, it might be that you're not moving the cursors properly during [secret search]? Not sure though, everything seems to be working smoothly when I tried (although I ended up on the bad end around Act02's end from not picking the right cards, hence below screen :X)

Thank you! I'll try again later, iirc the version I first tried is older than build 3300 so I guess the newer one is working now.

Jack Jeanne - crashes on Yuzu and all of its forks around 3 minutes mark into the game.

I got Jack Jeanne to work on Ryujinx on Linux (Steam OS). It bugs out a bit sometimes where my UI flashes rapidly and doesn't go away, but I just usually save and restart the game if that happens. This bug is pretty rare, maybe once every 10 or more hours? It works on Eden Nightly as well!

Yeah, I've seen this bug. Plus sprites getting all messed up and text vanishing.
It goes away if you open backlog and go back a few lines back (rewind) on Ryujinx (windows). Maybe that can help on Linux too.

I've tried open the backlog, but I've never tried rewinding before. That's really interesting!

It might have something to do with playing in game mode vs desktop, I get bugs when I'm in both modes, but when I load the game in game mode, it stutters a bit when the Aksys logo plays.
