What behavior from your love interest would make you want to delete the game?

interesting, I don't think I ever felt this way before towards an LI.. there are lots of LI that doesn't interest me enough, but annoyed me to the point of deleting the game is never experienced before for me..
oh maybe one thing is when they are reaally loud, it just hurt my ear :') I tend to lower their volume if the settings are available..

Not immediately, but if the story if really boring and not attractive that could happen, but it depends on the taste of each people, and when you really spend money to buy it you don't want to waste that. But sometimes one character is so attractive that it makes you feel guilty to develop relationship with other characters, then you need to close the game and wait until you "forget" this person haha~

To be completely honest, any kind of red flags that I can't tolerate will just make me drop that LI's route and skip it, not necessarily 'delete' the game altogether.

lol this is why im not into western romance games at all. westerners value realism above everything, which is why they dont mind at all if a love interest eventually finds someone other than the heroine, ESPECIALLY if its li x li. im NOT fine with that. either this li is captured by me, or he stays single forever. >:( (would be easily fixable with a harem ending, but there are not that many harem otome)
though i guess i would be fine with it if he is unhappy with his new relationship, like if its a forced marriage or something. still not exactly good, but if hes suffering without the heroine then i wouldnt mind (evil)
Oooh interesting... I honestly think I wouldn't mind as much if western romance games do that kind of thing(not that I've played any that I remember..)

In my case, I'd probably like it if the LIs that were not chosen in the current route I'm playing would 'move on' the longer I play in the current route, but not necessarily get into a relationship with someone else during the game itself. I honestly don't like the feeling of an LI I didn't choose to look hurt or sad because I didn't 'choose' them. It just makes me guilty. Lmao. BUT I don't want them finding a new romantic interest so soon. So I kind of prefer how most games do it, which is just remain friends with unchosen LIs without any obvious signs that the unchosen LIs already likes/still likes the MC, if that makes sense.

I still prefer chosen LIs to 'fall' in love with the MC deep within their route. It kind of feels like you're seeing the journey of the characters that way instead if the LIs already started to like the MC from the start or during the Common Route.

hmm. maybe its because i was talking about games that dont make you choose your li from the get-go? instead of relying on your choices in the prologue for example. these are the games where lis are not immediately in love with the mc from the very beginning, so i didnt think there would be any need for them to "move on".. i mean sure there are some lis that are in love with the heroine in every route, but if thats the case, shouldnt they be the first ones to stay single for the rest of the game (if you dont choose him)? otherwise, whats the point of him being in love with you at all?
ultimately i agree with the "remain friends with unchosen li" part, because thats exactly how i feel! but i guess its kinda hard to achieve in an otome, where the end goal is to have a lovey-dovey romance with the boy youre pursuing.. since theres like, very little need for the mc to interact with other people at all in this case.. not sure if what i said is comprehensible but thats how i feel;w;

yup true! i also agree with this. but ultimately though im a toxic snake so if a man cant be with me, hes not allowed to be happy without me. in the games obviously xd at least i dont wanna hear about it at all!

i get it i get it!! but i feel like its my guilty pleasure to capture a manslut. like, theres something so cute about a dude who carelessly sleeps around meeting the heroine and somehow losing all his desire to whore around.. maybe this isnt true romance, but theres definitely something about it...... so i guess basically i like it when its the playboy whos chasing after the heroine, not the other way around:p
(as long as him playing with other women is not explicitly shown because that would be too much!!!!!)
I'm kinda with you on this. I also like the idea of seeing a guy so used to being seen as the prize become desperate for the MC to return his affection—to the point of being disgusted with his past actions. I'm never one to shy away from hating on MCs always being virgins, but in this case there's something so delicious about the LI seeing himself as "tainted" and not wanting to progress things with the MC physically because of that.

I mean, even games like TMGS had rivals before which I also hated… (@_@;) I'll admit that whenever another girl invited me on a double date, I would hang out with the LI she likes to be petty, but I'm glad we moved away from that system. Honestly, I feel like it's less realistic to have everyone pair off??? Especially with the quickness that it occurs in these games, like, damn, immediately after choosing someone else, the game will have your ex-boyfriend dating your friend—and somehow you're okay with it. (I would drop that friend instantly.)

Ah, I want harem endings that aren't merely joke endings so bad (with absolutely no questionable interactions between LIs because that's what I keep seeing lately if an ending like this exists (°ー°〃)).
