When I go to the download page and click the download button, just like with other URLs, the download doesn't start—unlike on other pages—and instead I get an error message saying "Not Found" or "The requested URL was not found on this server," so I can't download the file.

I clicked normal download and tried to download the file by myself. I didn't meet any trouble, so I don't know how to help
