Question Questions About Uploader Class

So, I've had this account for years, and now suddenly my account level isn't enough anymore. I read the "Uploader Class Explained" post, completed my profile, and interacted a bit, even posted a game I had on the backburner but I still don't understand what I'm actually supposed to do to be allowed to download games again.

How much activity is enough to regain permission for downloads I used to have access to without issues? How long of a time is enough for me to lose that acess? Am I even doing enough now? Should I just interact for a week so that I may have permission again or do I actually have to buy and share games now? (Don't have the money btw do have some mercy)

It's getting harder to get games those days...

I find it baffling that people are complaining while they can save that 15 minutes of complaining to rank up.
