I wanted to come here and ask some opinions about the Club Suicide DLsite translation.
I play plenty of VN's using a translator (luna) and am just fine with it.

I ask cause I hear it can be really rough at times. And I really hate that lol. It can kill immersion in any games but, I can only imagine its worse with a serious game like this.

Do yall suggest just playing the JP or tough out the ENG ver. ?

i started learning jp it rough at start but i relaly reccomend start leanring ( but i use transdlator sometimes when my brain just dont want to read in jp)

I know some JP but still struggle reading it a lot of the time, a translator will most certainly be necessary for me... :akazukin_sweat:

haha i feel you , i statred reading another otome game with translator , teach from my learning jp group gonna kill me lmaaaao

It's very bad imo and I've seen other people talking about it. But it's still a challenging game to read even for natives because the text quotes famous Japanese authors, so unless you've done some background reading on Japanese classics you'll probably miss some of the extra flavour and intertextuality. I'd suggest you choose an easier game to start but you do you.
 
I've been thinking of buying this game. Can you tell me what the issues with the translation are? Is it unintelligible, filled with bad grammar? Or full of mistranslations?

hey! they already fixed the translation errors and typos and released the new update a few days ago, so you're safe now if you want to buy it.

i have been waiting for someone to upload it but still no luck. it's literally impossible for me to buy unfortunately.
