What earphones/headphones do you use to enjoy otome drama CDs and otome games?

I mainly use EarPods at the moment. I have AirPods and Beats Solo3 too (both were freebies from Apple), but I'm wondering if switching to something else would really elevate the experience. This thread is super helpful...

I'm using COTSUBU. It's great for sleeping, but it feels a little uncomfortable when I sleep on my side. I've heard that wired earbuds have better sound quality, so I'd like to switch to them, but my phone doesn't have a headphone jack, so I can't use them. I'm not sure which adapter or audio receiver to choose.

I'm not very good at English either, so I'm using a translation tool.

A while ago, I looked into buying new earphones, but I ended up not getting any since I'm satisfied with the Final ZE500 for ASMR that I'm currently using.
To be honest, I often forget to charge my devices, so I originally used the wired Final E500. But I used them while sleeping and ended up breaking the cable, haha.

galaxy buds when i listen at home, but i heard that those earphones/ ear buds designed for otome drama cds in japan are actually really good

My previous favorite earphones had reached the end of their service life. D;

After considering replacement options for some time, even looked into this thread multiple times xD. At last I took a Sony model!

My main concern is some certain frequency ranges that commonly trigger headaches for me, but their Clear Bass and warm sound profile came out as the best fit!!
The battery life exceeding 10-12 hours on a single charge is truly god-tier for heavy users. :D

Sorry, my English isn't very good, but I'm currently using the Baseus WM01, it's really convenient because it's compact and easy to carry it feels great to wear and doesn't hurt my ears at all.
Even though it's a budget-friendly option, the sound quality is quite decent for the price and meets all my basic needs 🤗🤗🤗

I play games or listen to music while wearing high-quality earbuds.

I haven't specifically chosen any particular style of headphones for gaming and listening to radio dramas. I came across some information somewhere a while ago that said listening in real-sound mode would give a better experience. It seems to have some effect. The main reason is that I've bought a lot of headphones, and I'm not willing to spend a lot of money on better ones, because my ears can't really tell the difference😢

I use "ZE500 for ASMR" from Final. I'm happy with the earbuds I'm using now, but I'm thinking about upgrading to the "ZE3000 for ASMR", which has even better performance.

Thank you so much for always liking my posts. It's always encouraging.
Actually, I made a mistake at work today and got scolded by my senior colleague, so I was feeling down.
Your "like" cheered me up a little. Have a wonderful day!

Thanks for the comment. I'm glad I could help.
I'm glad you were able to buy the ideal Sony earphones.
Your detailed review will surely be helpful to everyone!

I'm currently using EarPods.
My favorite wireless earbuds started acting up, so I bought a new pair of EarPods for the first time in a while, and honestly, the sound quality for this price is unbelievably good!

The cable is a bit annoying though, so I'm thinking about getting the SOUNDPEATS Air6HS for sleeping.

Unfortunately, I'm not really a fan of in-ear earbuds (canal type), but if I get the chance, I'd still like to try the COTSUBU or the ZE500.

(English isn't my strong point, so I'm using a translation tool.)

I use hyperx cloud series as they were my brother's and he passed them over to me. (ʃƪ^3^)

I wear glasses at home and they're so comfortable as an overear headphones and they do not smoosh my glasses into my nose or face.

I just use the same ones I use every day! But I also heard that Japan has some specific headphones/ ear buds designed for otome cds and I'm curious about them!

I use high-quality headphones that have noise-canceling and are comfortable to wear.

I suddenly got curious about this… you know those earphones that collaborate with Japanese voice actors? Has anyone here owned or tried them before?
I always find the voice prompts when connecting via Bluetooth kind of annoying, so I often wish they were voices I actually liked instead.
And if the sound quality is good too, I'm thinking about buying a pair! I'd love to hear your impressions.

I'm not fluent in English so I use Google Translate.
Please forgive any small mistakes.

AVIOT and ONKYO are well-known for their earphones featuring voice actors and character collaborations.
Unfortunately, I don't own either of them.
I will only share the results of my own research.

If your goal is to get new character voices or to receive guidance in your favorite voice, then I recommend purchasing it.
Recent collaboration earphones allow you to switch between voices using a dedicated app, so you can enjoy a wide variety of voices.

If you prioritize noise cancellation and deep bass, or if you're looking for higher performance and more advanced features in the same price range, these earphones are not highly recommended.

They tend to be more expensive than earphones with similar performance due to the added value of featuring voice actors' voices.

I use COTSUBU for ASMR.

Since I often listen to it before bed, I rest my head on my pillow, but these earbuds don't hurt my ears and the sound quality is great, so I've been using them ever since.

I use Anker Soundcore Liberty 5 headphones.
My ears hurt when I sleep on my side, but I like the sound quality. After reading everyone's replies, I see that many people prefer headphones that don't hurt when sleeping on their side, so I'd like to get one... but they're expensive, so I don't think I'll be able to buy them anytime soon. I'd like to buy one when my current ones break. Seeing that there's a model that collaborates with Japanese voice actors reminded me that the washing machine I recently bought has a function to download voice actors' voices. (Sorry for going off-topic.)

A washing machine that plays the voices of voice actors?!
I've never heard of anything like that!
Thanks for the interesting information.
Your unique information will bring smiles to people's faces.

Thank you for your reply. I'm glad you enjoyed it 😊 We only have a washing machine, but it seems you can also download it to electric pressure cookers and air purifiers. I'd really like to try that function, but my family isn't interested in voice actors, so I haven't been able to download it yet.

(I used a translation machine, so I apologize if the sentences are strange.)

I use a translation machine just like you. Thanks for replying. Even air purifiers can use voice actors' voices?! That's amazing.I thought it would be wonderful if many home appliances used the voices of voice actors. It would feel like you're living with them.
