When visiting https://www.anime-sharing.com/forums/torrents.47/ Avast pings saying it blocked a threat at Netscale URL which is on a blacklist. Anyone else getting this issue with the site? I tested tabs one by one until I loaded this one after every hour of each tab being opened, and the moment I loaded up Anime Sharing it popped up on Avast. The blacklist URL is ws.netscale.top/app then a bunch of script numbers and letters with protocol and ending with false.

Are you using any adblocker? Usually for torrents a good adblocker will do you wonders. Also if I may recommend, just use windows defender.
I'm using Ublock origin, it's supposed to be the best one, Also windows defender is only good on windows 10+ perhaps from what I've heard, I'm still on windows 7 and windows defender is not good on that.

Would like to know why this is happening just on this site?

This is one of the supporting service necessary for this site to work.

ws. means it is the websocket that you block. Websocket enable you to see content in real time instead of polling the server every few minutes.

If that's true why not just tell Avast this? Lol okay I'll add it to exception, but really I already reported it to Avast as a false positive, but why is it considered blacklisted?

because they block the entire tld .top citing it is full of malware. Or should I say because they are retarded
Yeah, not like the old days I actually liked Avast back in the 90s and early 2000s I just haven't got around to choosing another one, these days avast is full of ads, and they just aren't as good as they used to be. Thanks for the info everyone.
