I noticed that many threads have this [###] number prefix, is this part of a template? Sorry for the stupid question, but can someone share me the template? Also, can I post my personal collection (of course adhering to forum rules)?

The number is the release date of the said title, it's not a required data, but it's nice to help people who search for release within a certain date
