Can Switch Emu run otomeges even if my graphics card isn't that good?

this is a stupid question but can ryujinx or other switch emus still run 2D games even if my GPU doesn't support vulkan 1.2 or opengl 4.6. I am planning to buy a new graphics card over the next few months anyway to emulate other switch games but i just wanted to know.

The Eden emulator works even with integrated graphics, and requires only Vulkan 1.1 support! In my experience, most otome games run well even in weak Android devices, so it's worth a shot. They're not very graphically intensive ;)
