I keep everything in Baidu Netdisk, games included. As for the CDs I bought on DLsite, I just use their official software to listen to them. Although Baidu Netdisk is pretty terrible, there really aren't any good alternatives.

Just share how I enjoy Voice and drama CDs.

I store them in Hard disk drive with .7z file.
And every time I want to listen any of those drama CDs on my phone, I'll use FFMPEG to convert the .wav files into .mp3 files or .flac files to save the storage.
And I think this is a matter of trade-offs. After all, once you have collected a certain amount, you could not store all the CDs on your computer or phone.
Maybe you could try NAS?

每次当我想在手机等设备上听一些内容的时候，用FFMPEG批量压缩wav为mp3或者flac文件，以尽可能节省移动设备的空间。
但是吧，我觉得，对于你说的"我沒辦法全部裝進電腦裡"这个问题，其实真不太好解决，这是个取舍的问题，毕竟当你的存量上去以后，真没有办法一次性把所有内容都存在同一部手机或者同一台电脑里。
要不就是，资金支持的话，尝试下组NAS看看？

Yes, the official Bilibili post's comment section has a strong Tomato Novel vibe ㅍ_ㅍ, no real people. It only started looking normal once the PV dropped. But when it comes to accusations of plagiarism, both sides are pretty much the same. What really matters is whether the gameplay has any innovation.
