What is your fav Western otome games and Li's?

I usually played Japanese/Korean otome games but recently I started playing more Western ones. And honestly i love it.

My fav is:
Chain - Dark Nights

Heimos - Sacrarium Gelus

Pierrot - Thr Freak Circus

Michael - Mushroom Oasis

Fern - Embassy Otherworld

My favorite western otome game character is Caine from Tailor Tales!

But my favorite character from a Amare game (for those who don't know it basically means a game that focuses on having more diverse choices, like choosing your MCs gender as an example) is 100% Cove!! One of my favorite characters ever actually hahahaha

I think Chain is awesome! But I still haven't played the dlc (or finished the first game), so I'm excited to romance him!

I've heard a lot about Our Life but I've never played it. I will try now ~

Another vote for Cove from Our Life!! <3 Even though Our Life is an amare and not an otome, it's one of the coziest and most well-written western VN's I've ever played. They really make Cove feel real, and his growing up alongside the MC and how your influence can change him (he has variability in his personality as he grows that is shaped by your dialogues with him over the "years") makes him feel more fleshed out than really any VN character I've experienced. I highly recommend the game!!

Then Sir Brash and Raze in Demonheart but the whole game is so well written that I might as well say all the characters.

All I have are Amare titles but ... Cove from Our Life! He's just such a sweet guy.

It's a short game but I also really loved Odxny from SeekL. And of course, our lovely Reaper from A Date With Death lol.

Our Life: BA, A Date with Death, Obscura and Aloners. Though these aren't all otome games, just that you can play as women in all of them (Amare). These have some of my favorites LIs but Cove's my actual favorite LI. Demonheart is another favorite. I love Raze.

With him I only managed to get the gauge with a negative score; we're clearly not compatible, but I kept trying to win him over just to choose the worst answers XD I gave up on him after a lot of persistence and then I ended up with Kentin.

I don't play many western VNs, but I really enjoyed xyx from Blooming Panic! The game was short but very fun, I like the voice acting a lot too

And joining the My Candy Love train, I'm an Armin girl myself! I played the game long ago, but to this day I'm into nerdy/otaku routes lol

I think my favorite has to be Zeikun from Dark Nights! I love that game so much, so it's cool to see someone else mention it here. He's definitely my top LI from it

I loved xyx from Blooming Panic too! His face and his voice are totally my type, so much so I played his route twice (⸝⸝ᵕᴗᵕ⸝⸝)

I also liked Lysander from My Candy Love, Cove from Our Life, and Jeremy King from XOXO Droplets! Lysander was one of the only guys I wanted to romance in My Candy Love, I liked Cove because he's the sweetest, and I liked Jeremy because he's the opposite LOL

Ahh, this brings me back many years ago, when the western otome scene was quite bare. I remember scouring the lemmasoft site for otomes, and I ended up playing Frozen Essence, and fell in love with Caius. I love the evil/sadistic guy falls for the MC trope. Every so often I replay the game just for his route.

To be honest there are just so many talented creators on itch.io. I really like Larky labs and their games for example. i also really like miss Xero and their games. I also really enjoyed Changeling, Tailor tales, and many more.

Hustle Cats with always have a soft place in my heart, I highly recommend it for others. Plus the opening song is really good! I wish the team would make more dating sims/otomes ;-;
