Has anyone played Tokimeki Girl Side Story 4?

Hi everyone! I've been wanting to talk about the Tokimeki Girl's Side Story franchise for a while but don't have mutuals who played the games. I wanted to ask if anyone has played the latest Tokimeki Girl's Side Story 4! I've seen that there are fan translators hard at work to translate it for overseas fans but I wanted to get an opinion after watching the trailer! The artstyle has gone up so much from when I played them on my DS, but I'm worried the personalities would be a copy paste from the first game.

Personally my favorite out of all the games would be Tokimeki Girl's Side Story 3 since the twins were such a new addition and their different personalities yet their brotherly love is so refreshing! I really hope they will come out with an official translation so I could support the franchise more... (●´ω｀●)

I played TMGS 4! Only managed to finish 3 routes and not gonna lie the quality went down in many aspects for me :(

The LIs personalities are still unique and interesting but the gameplay and the art isn't so much. One of my biggest complaints is when you walk home with some characters, you don't get as many little fun dialogs with them compared to TMGS 3. And you don't get to see much of the LIs interacting with each other either so when you unlock the group date (4P instead of 3P which I also dislike) their relationships feel out of nowhere and superficial :( Also it's been a hot minute since TMGS 3 was released but they didn't update the fashion items AT ALL. So you're stuck playing dress up in Y2K style which is a shame.

I think they really peak with TMGS 3 and instead of improving for TMGS 4, they ended up making it worse. But this is purely my opinion. I still hope you enjoy playing it when you do!

Noo! I loved the little dialogues you would get when you would walk home with the LIs... I definitely still want to play TMGS 4 still, but I wish they improved on the game some more and made even more fun dialogue ;-;

That's how I've been feeling lately with classes and graduation coming up! I hope my post grad job won't take me away from all the LIs and otome games I love (*꒦ິㅿ꒦ີ)

i think as long as you have good time management... and dont overthink abt the job while ur off work, u can find time to play the otome games me, im strugglng to do that ajkfkskkfks

I've finished Nana (both sides) and the poster boy. I think some of the cgs are a bit jank but otherwise it was a fun game - a lot easier than 3 though.

That being said TMGS3 is my favorite because Seiji is pookie.

I started playing it but none of the LIs caught my attention so I've had it paused, it's a shame because I really liked the 3 previous versions.

Honestly speaking, the art work is totally not attractive but the storyline and character building remain quite interesting. And there are some new elements being added just in 4. So I still think it is worth to play. But it is a shame I do not have a favourite character in 4 (maybe it is because i still not yet finished the whole piece)
