Its a complete pain in the ass to run, but it seems like cool shit, thanks for sharing this. I hope the full version is found some day.

It seems like another full version doesn't exist.

According to the description on the official website, it only mentions that it was included in that CD and doesn't say it was sold on its own.

While one was originally planned, only this bonus disc was ultimately released.
